about

North Carolina born and Southern Illinois raised, Nathanael James blends country songwriting with 2000s hard rock grit. Influenced by artists like 3 Doors Down and Jason Aldean, his guitar driven sound pairs emotional hooks with relatable, down to earth lyrics. After years of performing professionally as a “gun for hire” guitarist and vocalist, Nathanael writes, records, and produces his music with a blue collar work ethic and performs with a contagious conviction.
